NO RESULTS FOUND. TRY A DIFFERENT TERM.
Yes. Every item sold through CLIENTELE is verified by our team before listing. We have a zero-tolerance policy on fakes. If you ever receive an inauthentic item, you'll receive a full refund immediately.
DEADSTOCK — Never worn. Original box included. Factory lace locks intact.
MINT — Worn once or twice. Near-perfect condition. May or may not have box.
GRADE A — Light wear. No visible damage. Small signs of use only.
GRADE B — Visible wear consistent with regular use. Priced accordingly.
ARCHIVE — Heavy wear or aged. Valued for rarity, not condition.
Yes. Use the "Make an Offer" button on the product page (where available), or send us a DM on Instagram @clientele_. We'll respond within a few hours.
Yes. We list the same items across multiple platforms simultaneously. Prices may differ slightly due to platform fees. The fastest way to secure an item is directly through this site.
Submit your item via the SELL page. Our team reviews within 24 hours. Once approved, we list it on Shopify, eBay, Grailed, StockX, and GOAT. When it sells, we remove it from all other platforms automatically. You receive payment within 48 hours of the sale.
CLIENTELE charges 15% of the final sale price. No listing fees, no photography fees, no fees if the item doesn't sell.
Sneakers (Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, Asics), streetwear (Supreme, Stüssy, Yeezy, Travis Scott, Fear of God), designer (Dior, Louis Vuitton, Off-White), and accessories. We decline replicas, heavily damaged items, or items without clear provenance.
Minimum 6 photos: front, side, heel, toe, insole, and box (if applicable). More photos = faster approval. Include any flaws clearly — this protects you and us.
If your item hasn't sold after 60 days, we'll contact you to discuss options: price reduction, platform changes, or return of the item. We never hold your item indefinitely.
We ship nationwide (USA) via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx. International shipping is available on select items — contact us before purchasing.
Items ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Yes. Local pickup is available at all three CLIENTELE locations: Menlo (Edison, NJ), Roosevelt (Garden City, NY), and Bowery (New York, NY). Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
Our team has authenticated thousands of items. We verify stitching, tags, materials, colorways, box codes, and UPC numbers against known authentic references. For high-value items ($500+), we use third-party verification services.
This has never happened, but if it did: full refund, no questions asked. Contact us immediately at the email on your order confirmation.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, or Venmo for online orders.
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card information.
