BUYING
Yes. Every item sold through CLIENTELE is verified by our team before listing. Zero tolerance on fakes. If you ever receive an inauthentic item, you receive a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
DEADSTOCK — Never worn. Original box included. Factory lace locks intact.
MINT — Worn once or twice. Near-perfect condition. May or may not have box.
GRADE A — Light wear. No visible damage. Small signs of use only.
GRADE B — Visible wear consistent with regular use. Priced accordingly.
ARCHIVE — Heavy wear or aged. Valued for rarity, not condition.

Yes. We list the same items across multiple platforms simultaneously. Prices may differ slightly due to platform fees. The fastest way to secure an item is directly through this site.
Clientele NYC opens at 200 Bowery in Manhattan in Spring 2026. This will be our flagship New York City location. Our Menlo Park NJ and Roosevelt Field NY locations are open now.
SELLING
Walk into any CLIENTELE location and get your offer on the spot. No appointment needed. For online submission, fill out the form at clientelenyc.com/pages/sell. Our team reviews your submission and follows up promptly. Once approved, your item lists on Shopify, eBay, Grailed, StockX, and GOAT simultaneously. When it sells, all other listings auto-remove. You receive payment within 48 hours of sale.
CLIENTELE charges 15% of the final sale price for online listings. No listing fees, no photography fees, no fees if the item doesn't sell. Walk-in cash offers are handled at negotiated rates on the spot.
Sneakers (Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, Asics), streetwear (Supreme, Stüssy, SP5DER, Travis Scott, Fear of God), designer (Dior, Louis Vuitton, Off-White), and accessories. We decline replicas, heavily damaged items without market value, and items that fail authentication.
Minimum 6 photos: front, side, heel, toe, insole, and box (if applicable). More photos = faster approval. Include any flaws clearly — this protects you and us.
If your item hasn't sold after 60 days, we contact you to discuss options: price reduction, platform changes, or return of the item. We never hold your item indefinitely.
SHIPPING
We ship nationwide (USA) via USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx. International shipping is available on select items — contact us before purchasing.
Items ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited options available at checkout.
Yes. Local pickup available at all CLIENTELE locations: Menlo (Edison, NJ), Roosevelt (Garden City, NY), and Bowery (New York, NY — opening Spring 2026). Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
AUTHENTICATION
Our team has authenticated thousands of items. We run a 7-point process: physical inspection, label and serial verification, condition grading, colorway accuracy, box check, UV inspection, and final team approval. For high-value items ($500+), we use third-party verification services.
Full refund. No questions asked. Contact us immediately at the email on your order confirmation. This has not happened — our verification process is designed to ensure it does not.
That is our standard — not a marketing line. Every item listed on CLIENTELE passes a multi-point physical inspection by our trained team. Items that fail any stage are not listed. No exceptions.
PAYMENTS
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, or Venmo for online orders.
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card information.
Shop Pay Installments is available for orders over $50 at checkout. Split into 4 interest-free payments.
